How does it work?
You'll be invited to use Nayya Choose when you're eligible to enroll in benefits. This could be when you start a new job, experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE), or during Open Enrollment. We'll send you a notification to get started.
The survey consists of a few simple questions. Once complete, we'll then present you with personalized recommendations to help you confidently select the plans that meet your unique needs. You can review these recommendations and enroll in your chosen benefits directly through your benefits administrator.
