Why Nayya asks about your household income

We understand that sharing financial information can feel sensitive. Nayya only asks for what's relevant to provide you with the most personalized recommendations possible.

By understanding your finances, we can recommend plans that balance coverage with affordability. Your income also helps us identify whether accounts like a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) are a good fit for your situation. By considering your financial data, we provide a holistic view of your benefit options so nothing important gets missed.

This step is optional. You can skip it and still receive personalized recommendations.

If your salary or income field is grayed out and won't let you make changes, that's because this information came directly from your employer or benefits administrator (BenAdmin), and it isn't editable in Nayya. This can show up either during the Nayya survey or in the benefit enrollment section. If the amount showing is wrong, you'll need to correct it with your BenAdmin or HR team. Nayya will reflect the update once your BenAdmin record is corrected.

Rest assured, we never share this information with your employer or any other party. Your privacy is our top priority.
