Why did I get an email about a supplemental health claim?

If you received an email from Nayya about a supplemental health claim, here's what's happening.

Nayya partners with your employer and insurance carrier to help you get the most out of your supplemental health benefits. We securely review medical events and prescriptions that may relate to a plan you're enrolled in, things like accident, critical illness, or hospital indemnity coverage. When we identify a potential claim opportunity, we notify you by email so you don't miss out on money you may be owed.

Nayya isn't filing a claim on your behalf and we don't determine your eligibility. That's your carrier's decision. To file a claim or ask about eligibility, contact your insurance carrier directly.
