When can I expect to be contacted about my supplemental health claim eligibility?

You can typically expect to hear from Nayya about potential supplemental health claim opportunities within six weeks of your medical service or incident. However, the exact timing can vary depending on your healthcare provider and the speed with which they report information to your insurance carrier. Because Nayya relies on information from your carrier, there can sometimes be a delay.

If we identify a potential claim opportunity, we’ll notify you via email as soon as we receive the necessary information. Please note, if you’d like to file a claim or have specific questions regarding your eligibility to submit a claim, you can do that directly with your carrier. Nayya is simply alerting you to the possibility of eligibility based on the information we receive. If you haven't heard from us within six weeks and believe you should be eligible, it's best to contact your insurance provider directly to check on the status of your eligibility.
