You can typically expect to hear from Nayya within six weeks of your medical service or incident. In some cases, you may hear directly from your insurance carrier rather than from us, depending on how your employer has set up the claims process. Timing can also vary depending on how quickly your healthcare provider reports the event to your carrier. Because Nayya relies on information from your carrier, there can sometimes be a delay.
If it's been more than six weeks and you believe you should be eligible, contact your insurance carrier directly to check on the status.
