We want to make sure you can access your Nayya account with ease. Whether you're logging in directly or through your employer's system, always use your work email address. That's the email your account is registered under. Here's how to get started.
First-Time Access
- If you're signing up for the first time, go to app.nayya.com/users/sign_up
- If you've already created your account, sign in at app.nayya.com/users/sign_in
- To reset your password, use app.nayya.com/users/password/new
SSO Access:
Some employers use single sign-on (SSO) or have a specific login link for Nayya. If that's the case, the standard sign-up and sign-in pages above won't work for your account. Below are two options how to login via SSO.
- The most common way to access Nayya through SSO is entering your work email at our log in page, app.nayya.com/users/sign_up.
- You can also log in directly from your employer's portal. Look for a Nayya tile or link wherever your employer hosts their tools. Clicking that link will sign you in automatically. If your HR or benefits team sent you a direct Nayya link, use that instead of any bookmarked or generic Nayya page.
Troubleshooting SSO issues
If SSO isn't working, try these steps:
- Confirm you're using your work email address, not a personal email. This is the most common reason SSO fails.
- Try opening Nayya from your employer portal again rather than a saved link or bookmark, then retry logging in.
- If that still doesn't work, try a quick browser fix. Clear your browser cache, or try opening the link in an incognito or private window. This resolves many login issues caused by outdated saved data.
If you're new to your company or recently started your role, your Nayya account may not be set up yet. New hire accounts can take a couple weeks to be set up, so if you're seeing an error shortly after starting, this is likely why. Check for a welcome or setup email from Nayya or your employer confirming your account is ready. If you haven't received one, your account may still be in progress.
If you've tried the above and you're still seeing an error, your employer's IT, HR, or benefits team is the right first call. SSO issues are usually configured and resolved on their end.
