Adding or removing dependents in Nayya

Making sure your loved ones are covered is one of the most important parts of choosing your benefits. Here's how to add or remove dependents in Nayya's Benefits Recommendation workflow.

The first is during the survey itself. When you reach the "Your dependents" screen, select who your benefits need to cover. Your spouse, your children, or just yourself. If you're adding children, you'll be asked to include each child's age and dependent status. You can add multiple children using the "Add a child" option.

The second is on your recommendations page. Once you've received your recommendations, you'll see your current coverage tier listed on each plan. For example, "Employee, Spouse." To update who is covered, click Modify next to that coverage tier and make your changes.

Keep in mind that changes made in Nayya update your recommendations only. To officially add or remove dependents from your coverage, you'll need to complete that step in your company's benefits enrollment platform.
