Not every benefit is the right fit for everyone, and that's okay. Here's how to waive a benefit you don't need.
Nayya's recommendation is a guide, not your official election. If you don't want a specific benefit, you don't need to do anything within Nayya itself. Just leave that benefit unselected when you make your elections on your company's enrollment platform.
Each benefit is elected on its own, so waiving one doesn't affect the others. For example, if you want to enroll in all recommended plans but vision, just leave vision unselected when you make your elections and follow Nayya’s recommendation for all other benefits.
If you'd rather skip the Nayya survey altogether and go straight to enrollment, you can do that too. On the Nayya welcome screen, select Skip to enrollment and you'll be taken directly to your company's benefits platform.
