If your employer offers Nayya Use, our year round benefits engagement platform, you can easily locate your insurance card or ID information. Here's how:
- Nayya Homepage: You can access this information on your Nayya homepage by scrolling down to "Your Enrolled Plans" and selecting your medical plan. Your Member and Group ID will be listed under "Member Info”.
- Benefits Administrator Site: You can also find this information on your Benefits Administrator site.
Note, Nayya cannot mail you insurance cards. Please contact your Benefits Administrator or insurance carrier directly for those resources.
If your employer hasn't enabled Nayya Use, you won't be able to access your insurance card details here. In that case, log in to your benefits administrator's portal or contact your insurance carrier directly. Your HR team can point you to the right place if you're not sure where to look.
