How do I connect to my carrier through Nayya?

Once you login to your medical insurance via Nayya, Nayya starts scanning your claims immediately. Nayya starts calculating your potential savings on Rx, detects out of network visits and also looks for events that qualify for reimbursement under your voluntary benefits.

Here’s how you connect:

  1. On your dashboard, click on ‘Connect’ in the banner you see at the top

  2. On the next screen, you will then come across Nayya’s terms and policies. Please accept them to move forward


  3. Then select the EMPLOYER SPONSORED medical plan you are currently enrolled in

  4. After completing your selection, in the following screen log in using the same username and password you use for the insurance site


It might take a few minutes to establish your connection. You can check the status of your connection anytime by looking at the circular icon on the top right - when the icon turns green, your connection is active. 

Once connected, any savings highlighted will be available on the Nayya Savings section of your dashboard. Watch out for emails as well as in app notifications about your savings!
