Your Care Team is populated with a list of preventative care providers, suggested by Nayya based on the provider’s specialty, your insurance plan, your demographic data and location. 

• If your insurance plan or location info are missing, we use your employer’s location as a default to curate your team. 
• If your demographic data is missing, by default we show you providers from all preventative categories (Annual Physical, Well Woman, Dental and Vision)
