Trouble accessing Nayya? Check these steps

Running into trouble accessing Nayya? Here are a few things to try:

Browser Compatibility: For the best experience, use the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Nayya isn't supported on older browsers like Internet Explorer, so if that's what you're using, switching browsers is your best first step.

Incognito/Privacy Window: If you're already on a supported browser, try opening Nayya in an Incognito (Chrome) or Private (Firefox/Safari) window. If that works, go ahead and clear your cache and cookies in your browser settings, then try again in a normal window.

Some employers also have a specific login link for Nayya. If your company sent you one, use that. The standard login page may not work for your account.
