Having trouble accessing Nayya? Let's get you back on track. Here are a few things you can try:

Browser Compatibility:

For the best experience, we recommend using Nayya on the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. While Nayya works on most modern browsers, some older ones, like Internet Explorer, aren't fully supported. So, if you're using an older browser, try updating it or switching to a supported one.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Incognito/Private Window: Sometimes browser extensions or cached data can interfere with website functionality. Try opening Nayya in an Incognito or Private window. This will disable extensions and use a clean browsing session.
  2. Clear Cache and Cookies: If the Incognito/Private window works, it might be time to clear your browser's cache and cookies. This will remove any stored data that could be causing the issue. You can usually find these options in your browser's settings or preferences.
