What's the difference between Nayya and my benefits administrator or HR?

Nayya, your benefits administrator, and your HR team each play a different role in your benefits experience. Here's how they fit together:

Nayya helps you understand and choose your benefits. We guide you through a short survey, give you personalized plan recommendations, and help you make sense of your options. If your employer has enabled Nayya Use, we also help you access your coverage information year-round.

Your benefits administrator (sometimes called a BenAdmin) is the platform where you officially enroll in benefits. Common examples include Workday, ADP, and Sequoia. After reviewing your Nayya recommendations, you'll head to your BenAdmin to finalize your elections.

Your HR team manages your employment relationship, including your eligibility for benefits, your enrollment deadlines, and any changes to your coverage due to life events. If you have questions about what you're eligible for, when your enrollment window closes, or how to make a mid-year change, HR is the right contact.

In short, Nayya helps you choose, your BenAdmin is where you enroll, and HR is your go-to for eligibility, deadlines, and life event changes.
