It's smart to double-check. Here's how to know if a Nayya email is real:
All official Nayya communications are sent from email addresses ending in @nayya.com. If an email claims to be from Nayya but uses a different domain, do not click any links or share any personal information.
Nayya will send you emails about account setup and welcome messages, Open Enrollment reminders, benefit recommendation summaries, supplemental health claim opportunities if your employer has this feature enabled, and replies from our support team.
Nayya will never ask for your Social Security Number, your password or banking information, or request payment of any kind.
If you're still unsure, forward the email to support@nayya.com and we'll confirm whether it came from us. We're available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.
