My survey progress disappeared / I can't access my recommendations

If your Nayya survey progress has disappeared or you can't find your completed recommendations, here are a few things to try:

Start by signing back in at app.nayya.com/users/sign_in using your work email. Your survey progress and recommendations are tied to your account, so make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with. If you're unsure which email that was, try both your work email and any personal email you may have used.

If you're signed in but still not seeing your recommendations, try clearing your cache and cookies in your browser settings and signing back in. You can also try opening Nayya in a different browser or an Incognito or Private window to rule out any browser-specific issues.
