During the Nayya survey, we ask questions about your health, finances, and personal situation. Here's why, and what we do with that information.
Every question in the survey has a purpose. To help us understand your situation well enough to make recommendations that actually fit your life. Generic recommendations aren't helpful. The more context we have, the better we can match you with the right plans.
All information you share is used only to generate your personalized benefit recommendations. It's never visible to your employer and it's never sold or shared with any third parties.
Several steps in the survey are also optional, including connecting your current insurance for healthcare spending data, completing the financial snapshot, and adding your healthcare providers. Skipping these steps won't prevent you from getting recommendations. It just means they'll be based on less information.
Nayya is SOC 2 + HITRUST certified and HIPAA compliant. All data is encrypted and handled according to the highest industry standards.
