If your employer has enabled Nayya Use, you'll have access to Nayya year-round and not just during Open Enrollment.
Nayya Use is our year-round benefits engagement tool. It's designed to help you get the most out of the benefits you're already enrolled in. Through Nayya Use you can view your enrolled plans, access your insurance card information, and receive personalized nudges and reminders that are relevant to your health and financial situation.
It's important to know that Nayya is not your insurance carrier. We don't manage your coverage, process claims, or determine your eligibility for benefits. If you have questions about your specific coverage, need to file a claim, or want to make changes to your enrollment, contact your insurance carrier or log in to your company's benefits platform directly.
Not sure if your employer has enabled Nayya Use? Log in at app.nayya.com and check your homepage. If you don't see your enrolled plans listed, your employer may not have this feature turned on yet.
