Why am I getting emails or notifications from Nayya?

If you're receiving emails or notifications from Nayya, here's what they're about and why you're getting them.

Nayya sends you emails to help you get the most out of your benefits. This includes reminders about Open Enrollment, nudges to help you use your existing coverage throughout the year, updates about potential supplemental health claim opportunities, and account and support related communications.

If you receive a nudge and you've already taken action, no worries. You can disregard it. Because Nayya isn't your insurance carrier, we don't have visibility into whether you've already used a benefit. For example, if we remind you about your free annual dental cleaning and you've already gone, simply ignore the reminder.

If you're unsure whether you're enrolled in a specific benefit, log in to your company's benefits platform or check with your HR team to confirm.
