Why is Nayya sending me emails about my enrolled benefits?

Nayya sends reminders to help you use the benefits you're enrolled in throughout the year. This includes nudges like an annual dental cleaning or physical, as well as updates about potential supplemental health claim opportunities. One example is the Wellness Checklist, which sends these kinds of reminders on a regular basis.

If you receive a nudge and you've already taken action, no worries, you can disregard it. Because Nayya isn't your insurance carrier, we don't have visibility into whether you've already used a benefit. For example, if we remind you about your free annual dental cleaning and you've already gone, simply ignore the reminder. For a Wellness Checklist reminder specifically, you can also click into it and select "I'm not sure, just mark as done" to stop that particular reminder.

If you're unsure whether you're enrolled in a specific benefit, log in to your company's benefits platform or check with your HR team to confirm.

If you need help taking action on a reminder, like booking an appointment or confirming your eligibility for a benefit, Nayya isn't able to do that on your behalf. Your company's benefits platform or your HR team is the best place to start.

If you'd like to stop receiving these emails, click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email to manage your preferences.
