Yes, and that's exactly what we're built to do.
Nayya analyzes your health needs, finances, family situation, and the specific plans your employer offers to recommend the ones that make the most sense for you. On your recommendations page, you can see which plans we suggest and why, including how each one accounts for your household, your budget, and your anticipated health needs.
If you want to dig deeper, use the Compare button on your recommendations page to view your options side by side across costs, deductibles, and coverage tiers. You can also view and download your full plan documents directly from the recommendations page if your employer has made them available.
We don't have an internal team here that can walk through your recommendations, or advise you on which plan to choose based on a specific medical situation, procedure, or condition. That kind of personalized guidance requires a licensed benefits advisor.
Your employer may offer a benefits helpline or a dedicated benefits advisor you can speak with before you enroll. Check with your HR team or benefits administrator to find out if that's available to you and how to reach them.
For specific coverage questions, including whether a procedure, medication, or condition is covered under a particular plan, contact your insurance carrier directly. Their contact information is in your plan documents.
For questions about whether a specific doctor or hospital is in-network, visit your carrier's website and use their provider search tool.
