I'm having trouble creating my Nayya account

If you're having trouble getting your account set up, here are a few things to try:


If you haven't received a verification email, check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, make sure you used your work email address when signing up. Nayya uses the email your employer has on file, so a personal email address won't work. You can also try going directly to app.nayya.com/users/password/new and entering your work email. That can get you in if the original verification email didn't come through.


If you're stuck in a loop on the sign-in or password setup screen, try opening Nayya in an Incognito window (Chrome) or a Private window (Firefox or Safari). If that works, clear your cache and cookies in your regular browser settings and try again.
