I'm having trouble creating my Nayya account

If you're having trouble getting your account set up, here are a few things to try.

You didn't get the verification email

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, make sure you used your work email address when signing up. We use the email your employer has on file, so a personal email address won't work.

If your company gave you a specific Nayya link or a Nayya tile in their portal, use that to sign in. Employers that use single sign-on don't send a verification email.

You may already have an account

If you've signed in to Nayya before, you already have an account, and you'll need to reset your password instead of creating a new one. Go to app.nayya.com/users/password/new and enter your work email.

You're stuck in a loop on the sign-in screen

Try opening Nayya in an Incognito window (Chrome) or a Private window (Firefox or Safari). If that works, clear your cache and cookies in your regular browser settings and try again.

We don't have your account on file yet

If you've tried the steps above and still can't get in, it's likely we don't have a record for you yet. We can only create an account for a work email your employer has sent to us. This is most common for new hires, since it takes time for your information to reach us. Reach out to your HR or benefits team and ask them to confirm your work email was sent to Nayya. We can't add an email address ourselves, so it has to come from your employer.

Still not working?

If Nayya isn't recognizing your email address at all, take a look at our article on why Nayya can't find your email address.

Still stuck? Email support@nayya.com or use the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen. We're available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.
