How do I confirm that I enrolled in my benefits?

Nayya helps you explore your options and choose the right plans, but your official enrollment is completed through your company's benefits platform, not through Nayya. To confirm that your elections went through, you'll need to check directly with your benefits administrator (sometimes called your BenAdmin).


Here are a few ways to verify your enrollment:

1. Check your email. After you submit your elections, your benefits administrator typically sends a confirmation email to the address on file with your employer. Check both your work and personal inboxes, and don't forget your spam folder.


2. Log in to your company's benefits platform. You can usually find your benefit elections under a section like "Benefits," "My Benefits," or "Benefit Elections." If you're not sure how to find it, your HR team can point you in the right direction.


3. Contact your HR team or benefits administrator. If you're still not sure whether your enrollment went through, they're your best resource. They have access to your enrollment record and can confirm the status.

Nayya doesn't process or submit benefit elections on your behalf, and we're not able to confirm your enrollment status. Any elections you see on the Nayya recommendations page are for reference only until you submit them through your company's platform.
