We want you to have control over what lands in your inbox. If you're getting marketing or reminder emails from us, like Open Enrollment nudges, you can opt out any time. Just scroll to the bottom of the email and click the unsubscribe link. That'll take you off the list for that type of email going forward.
If you open an email and don't see an unsubscribe link at the bottom, that means it's not a marketing email, it's tied to your account status instead, like a password reset or a security notice. We keep those separate on purpose, so you don't accidentally miss something important about your account. These account emails can't be turned off, since they're there to protect your access and your information.
If you've clicked unsubscribe and you're still receiving a specific email, or you're not sure which email you're trying to stop, email us at support@nayya.com and let us know which email or type of email it is.
