We know your priorities can shift while you're working through the survey, and that's completely normal. Most of your answers are yours to change any time, even after you've submitted.
If you're still in the survey, to change an answer:
- Select the Back button at the bottom of the screen to move through previous questions one at a time until you reach the one you want to update.
- Select a new answer. Your other responses stay exactly as you left them.
- Select Next to continue back through to where you left off.
If you'd rather start over completely, you can restart the survey from the beginning at any time before submitting. Your previous answers will be saved once you restart.
If you're already viewing your recommendation, you can still go back and change your answers. Before you do, we recommend saving a copy. Use Download or Email in the top right corner to get a PDF or send it to yourself. If your new answers change your recommendation, the original isn't saved.
How you go back depends on how you got your recommendation. The top item in the left-hand panel tells you: it says Survey if you answered the survey questions, and Personas if you started with a persona.
If it says Survey, select Survey. This takes you back to the beginning of the survey, where you can update your answers. Once you finish, you'll see a new recommendation based on your updated answers.
If it says Personas, click Start in the Need something more tailored? bar at the top of the page. Choose Pre-fill my answers to start from your persona's answers, or Start from scratch to leave the survey questions blank except for your personal details. Once you finish, you'll see a new recommendation based on your answers. Select Personas on the top left corner to go all the way back and view the persona options again.
If you answered the survey and want to try a persona instead, you'll need to go back to the beginning of Nayya and choose a persona there. Personas aren't available from a survey recommendation. Click Survey in the top left corner to start over and go back to the welcome page to see your option;.
Note, some information, like your demographics, might be pre-populated by your employer. If that's the case, you won't be able to edit it in Nayya. If one of these answers needs to change, you'll need to update it directly with your employer or make sure it's corrected in your enrollment platform. Everything else in the survey is yours to edit.
