We know your priorities can shift while you're working through the survey, and that's completely normal. Most of your answers are yours to change any time, even after you've submitted.
If you're still in the survey, to change an answer:
- Select the Back button at the bottom of the screen to move through previous questions one at a time until you reach the one you want to update.
- Select a new answer. Your other responses stay exactly as you left them.
- Select Next to continue back through to where you left off.
If you'd rather start over completely, you can restart the survey from the beginning at any time before submitting. Your previous answers will be saved once you restart.
If you're already viewing your recommendations, you can still go back and change an answer. Select the panel in the top left corner of the screen, then select Survey. This takes you back to the beginning of the survey, where you can go through and update your answers. Once you finish, you'll see a new Recommended Benefits page based on your updated answers.
Some information, like your demographics, might be pre-populated by your employer. If that's the case, you won't be able to edited it in Nayya. If one of these answers needs to change, you'll need to update it directly with your employer or make sure it's corrected in your enrollment platform. Everything else in the survey is yours to edit.
