There isn't a difference in accuracy, your recommendation is only as accurate as the inputs behind it, whether those inputs come from a persona or your own survey answers.
When you select a persona, we pre-fill your inputs based on that profile to get you a recommendation that fits your current situation. A persona can be a bit more generalized than answering every question yourself, since it's built from common patterns rather than your specific details. If you want it more personalized, you can always go through the full survey to update your inputs directly, at any point.
Either way, your recommendation considers everything you're eligible for, and offers the same level of detail, whether you got there through a persona or the full survey.
