Yes. You can always go back to your persona recommendation, but switching back means starting over, and you'll lose the personalized recommendation you built through the survey.
If you leave your personalized recommendation to get a persona-based recommendation, going back will replace your personalized recommendation with your persona based recommendation. They will not both be stored side by side. If you want to compare the two, download or email yourself a copy of your personalized recommendation before you switch back.
Here's how to go back to your persona:
- Click Survey in the top left corner of the recommendation screen.
- You'll be taken back to the welcome screen.
- Scroll to the button section of the welcome screen to see the personas.
- Select Get started and pick a persona.
As a reminder, if you go through the survey and come back to it later, your answers are saved right where you left them. It's only switching between the persona path and the survey path, in either direction, that starts you over.
