Having trouble signing in via SSO?

If your employer uses single sign-on (SSO) and you're running into trouble getting into Nayya, here's what to try.

You can usually get into Nayya through SSO by entering your work email at auth.nayya.com/sign-in, our sign-in page will detect that your employer uses SSO and prompt you to continue that way. You can also sign in directly from your employer's portal. Look for a Nayya tile or link wherever your employer hosts their tools.

Some employers have a special Nayya SSO link instead. If yours does, you'll typically find it in a welcome email from Nayya or your employer. If you can't find it, your HR team should have it on hand. You're also welcome to email support@nayya.com and we can get you the link directly.

If SSO isn't working, try these steps in order.

  1. Confirm you're using your work email address, not a personal email. This is the most common reason SSO fails.
  2. Sign in from your employer's portal again rather than a saved link or bookmark, then retry.
  3. Clear your browser cache, or open the link in an Incognito (Chrome) or Private (Firefox or Safari) window. This resolves many login issues caused by outdated saved data.
  4. If this is your first time accessing Nayya as a new hire or for Open Enrollment, your account may not be set up yet. Accounts are created on a schedule tied to when your employer sends your information to Nayya. Check for a welcome or setup email from Nayya or your employer confirming your account is ready. If you haven't received one, your account is likely still in progress.

If you're trying to access Nayya after a life event, Nayya won't automatically notify you the way it does for new hire access or Open Enrollment, but you can still get a recommendation based on your life change. If you've logged into Nayya before, sign in as usual at auth.nayya.com/sign-in, there's no account setup delay to wait on. If you've never logged in before, you'll need your unique employer link to create your account for the first time.

If you've tried these steps and you're still seeing an error, your employer's IT, HR, or benefits team can resolve SSO issues on their end, since that's where SSO is configured.
