We know it helps to have your recommendation in front of you when you’re comparing options or getting ready to enroll. You can download a PDF summary of your recommendation, then save it or print it.
To download your recommendation:
- Sign in to Nayya with your work email.
- Go to your recommendation. If you’re sent back to the first screen, your answers are saved. Just continue through the survey until you reach your recommendations.
- In the left-hand panel, click Overview. If you’re viewing Recommendation Detail, this takes you back to the summary page.
- At the top of the Recommendation Overview, find the download icon next to your total cost. It looks like a small document with a downward arrow.
- Click the download icon. Your PDF saves to your downloads folder.
To print your recommendation, open the downloaded PDF and use the print option in your PDF viewer or browser.
The download icon appears once you’ve completed the survey and received your recommendations. If you don’t see it, finish the survey first.
If you plan to change your survey answers or switch between a persona and the full survey, download your PDF first. Your new recommendation replaces the current one, and Nayya doesn’t store both side by side.
Keep in mind that your PDF is a reference, not an enrollment. Nayya recommends, and your company’s benefits administrator is where you officially enroll. Once you’ve reviewed your PDF, head to your company’s enrollment platform to make your elections official.
