Please be sure to provide our team with the name of your Employer, as well as the email address you use to login to Nayya when reaching out.
If you are hoping to adjust your answers to the Choose survey, you can do so by clicking the back arrow on the upper-left of your page to proceed to a previous question, or by clicking “Back to Survey” in the upper-left of your page if you are currently viewing your Benefits Bundle Overview.
If applicable, within our Use platform you can update your personal information directly by proceeding to the settings page. You can access the settings page by clicking on the pop-out menu in the upper-right corner of your page next to your name.
