At the beginning of the Nayya benefit survey, you will be asked to select your Enrollment Status. On this page, you should see options for either Open Enrollment, Qualifying Life Event, or New Hire. When you reach out, please be sure to include the email address you use to sign into Nayya, as well as the name of your Employer.
