Why is my email address not verified?

If you are in the process of signing up for Nayya and receive an email with the subject line “Sorry, we don’t recognize the email address you provided,” please double-check that the email address you signed up with matches the email address your invitation for Nayya was initially sent to.


If you are using single sign-on (SSO), please make sure you are using the email associated with your employer sign-on process. 


If you believe your email address should be verified, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance through our live chat, or by emailing customersuccess@nayya.com. When you reach out to our support team, please specify the email address you used to sign up, as well the name of your employer.
