If you are in the process of signing up for Nayya and receive an email with the subject line “Sorry, we don’t recognize the email address you provided,” please double-check that the email address you signed up with matches the email address your invitation for Nayya was initially sent to.
If you are using single sign-on (SSO), please make sure you are using the email associated with your employer sign-on process.

When you reach out to our support team, please specify the email address you used to sign up, as well the name of your employer.
