Having trouble finding your doctor or other healthcare provider in Nayya? Here are a few tips to help you with your search:
- Full Name: Make sure you're entering the provider's full name. Using the full name helps narrow down the search and ensures you find the correct provider. Double-check that you've spelled the provider's name correctly and haven't made any typos, as even a small error can prevent you from finding the right provider.
- Specialty (Visible After Selection): Once you've selected a provider from the search results, their specialty will be displayed, helping you confirm you've found the right match.
- Location (Pre-populated, Editable): Your location will be automatically pre-filled based on the address you provided earlier in Nayya Choose. This helps you quickly find providers in your area. However, you can easily edit the location if you're looking for a doctor outside of your primary residence. Just type in the city and state where you'd like to search.
- Try Variations: If you're still having trouble, try searching for variations of the provider's name. Sometimes providers might be listed under a slightly different name or spelling.
Important Note About Provider Availability: While our provider search tool is extensive, we cannot guarantee that every provider will be listed, or will be listed with any and all relevant facility and/or group associations. If you can't find your provider, we recommend contacting their office directly to confirm which insurance carriers they accept. Adding your provider information in Nayya Choose is optional. If you're unable to locate your provider, you can skip this step and continue with the survey to receive your personalized benefit recommendations.
