While this step is optional, we use this information to verify your insurance coverage and access your healthcare spending data (with your consent). This also allows us to provide more accurate and personalized benefit recommendations, including reviewing in-network providers.
When entering your insurance carrier's name, please use the full name and avoid abbreviations. For example, instead of "BCBS," enter "Blue Cross Blue Shield." Using the full name ensures that our system can correctly identify your carrier. However, many carriers have very specific naming conventions, so you may need to attempt several variations if not initially recognized.
Adding Your Insurance Information in Nayya Choose:
- Go to the "Current Coverage" section in Nayya Choose
- Enter your insurance carrier's full name (e.g., Blue Cross Blue Shield)
- Enter your MemberID
Rest assured, the data you share with Nayya is completely confidential and is not shared with your employer or anyone else. It is used solely to personalize your benefit recommendations and help you find the coverage that is right for you.
