How can I add my current insurance information?

During the Nayya survey, we'll ask about your current insurance coverage. While this step is optional, it helps us access your healthcare spending data, which gives us a clearer picture of your real healthcare needs and makes your recommendations more accurate.

With your consent, we use a secure eligibility verification service to connect your insurance information, the same type of service used at doctor's offices to verify your coverage. By understanding your current plan and how you've used it, we can better recommend what's right for you going forward.

Adding Your Insurance Information in Nayya:

  1. Go to the Current Coverage section in the survey.
  2. Enter your carrier's full name. 
  3. Enter your MemberID

Can't find your carrier? Double check that you're entering the full name of your carrier and try a few different variations if needed. For example, instead of "BCBS," enter "Blue Cross Blue Shield." Using the full name ensures that our system can correctly identify your carrier. However, many carriers have very specific naming conventions, so you may need to attempt several variations if not initially recognized. No worries if you still can't find it. This step is optional and you'll still receive personalized recommendations either way.
