Changed your mind about a plan? No problem. You can update your selections in Nayya at any time before heading to your enrollment platform.
From your recommendations page, click the name of the plan you want to change. From there you have two options. Click Compare to see your plans side by side, select the one you prefer, and click 'I prefer this plan' to update your recommendation. Or click Modify/Waive to choose from a dropdown of available alternatives, or select Waive All to remove the benefit entirely.
Once you're happy with your selections, download a PDF summary to reference and head to your company's enrollment platform to make everything official.
