Curious about the details of a specific plan or benefit? You can explore the ins and outs of your options right from your recommendation in Nayya.
To see the details of a recommended plan:
- On your recommendation, find the benefit you're interested in, like Healthcare or Dental and Vision.
- Click Expand to learn more under the plan.
- The plan expands to show key details, like your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum, and the reasons we recommended it for you.
- To close the plan, click Hide details.
If you're in Recommendation Detail, click the name of the plan to open the same details. The reasons we recommended a plan appear on the recommended plan's card, and your other eligible plans are listed below it under Other Options.
To see everything you're eligible for in that benefit, click View other options on an expanded plan, or select Recommendation Detail in the left-hand panel. To see how plans stack up side by side, click Compare Plans in the top right corner of that benefit's section.
To dive into the full plan documents, click Plan Details on the plan's card, then click View Details next to Summary of Benefits and Coverage.
If the information you need isn't available in the plan documents, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for coverage specifics, or checking with your employer's benefits team for anything plan-specific to your workplace.
